About our team
The architecture design of the R & D team of the spring machine manufacturing factory aims to efficiently integrate professional forces and promote technological innovation and product development. The team is overall in charge of an experienced R & D manager, who has profound industry knowledge and excellent management capabilities. The manager coordinates team resources, controls project progress, and maintains close communication with other departments of the company to ensure that the R & D work is in line with the overall strategic direction of the company.
Under the R & D manager, there are four professional groups: mechanical design, electrical control, software programming, and test verification. The mechanical design group consists of about 10 mechanical engineers, who focus on the mechanical structure design and optimization of the spring machine. From the conception of the overall equipment framework to the detailed design of each component, advanced design software is used for simulation analysis to ensure the stability, reliability of the mechanical structure, and the feasibility of manufacturing. The electrical control group has about 6 electrical engineers, who are responsible for the research and development of the electrical control system of the spring machine. They carefully design electrical schematic diagrams, reasonably select electrical components, and strive to achieve high-precision, high-speed, and high-stability of the equipment's automatic control, enabling the spring machine to accurately respond to various production instructions. The software programming group is equipped with 4 - 5 software engineers, who are mainly responsible for the development of the operation software and intelligent control system software of the spring machine. By writing concise and efficient code, they create a user-friendly operation interface to achieve flexible setting of equipment parameters, real-time monitoring of the production process, and intelligent analysis and processing of data. The test verification group is composed of 3 - 4 professional testers. According to strict test standards and procedures, they conduct comprehensive inspections on the prototypes and final products during the R & D process, including performance tests, stability tests, reliability tests, safety tests, etc., to ensure product quality and make sure that each spring machine can meet or even exceed customers' expectations. The groups have clear division of labor and also cooperate with each other, forming an organic whole to jointly promote the smooth progress of the spring machine R & D work.
