The CNC spring machine utilizes computer control and servo drive systems to form an automatic spring machine device. Compared to traditional mechanical coiling machines and semi-automatic mechanical spring machines, CNC spring machines offer more intelligent operation, reducing some manual labor but still requiring human involvement in product debugging. Manager Li of the spring machine company温馨提醒: The debugging work of CNC spring machines includes the installation of fixtures and the editing of computer programs, where the latter part is commonly referred to as programming.
How to program a CNC spring machine? Taking a three-axis eight-claw spring machine as an example, after placing the fixture in the appropriate position, switch to the edit mode on the computer screen and operate using the handwheel. Here, the X-axis represents the camshaft, the Y-axis represents the wire feeding shaft, and the Z-axis represents the rotating core shaft. Each time you turn the handwheel, the corresponding numerical value for the represented axis will appear; pressing 'Enter' will record the current position value, or you can manually input values. After completing the program instruction editing, zeroing operations for the X-axis and Z-axis need to be performed. Subsequently, conduct a 'test'; if there is a difference between the processed product and the required product, corrections can be made in the edit mode until the specifications of the processed product are close to those of the required product.
